Chapter 154: I know My Daughter Best

'Are they really here?" Nate was the one that voiced out her worries and Zayn checked his phone again before nodding, his men were already at the place too but they had no idea of where to head to so they waited for them to arrive before taking any action whatsoever.
Zayn's phone rang and picked up the call. It was silent for a bit because none of them bothered to talk. Sapphire was about to open her mouth but stopped because of Alexander's glare. The glare made chills run down her spine, he had never glared at her like that before so she was going to make sure not to offend him again in the future.
Suddenly, the sound of laughter rang out from the phone after the silence, it was Sebastian on the line, Sapphire recognize that mocking laughter more than anything, he used to make use of it a lot when she went to him to help her talk to Oliver, the discovery that Andrea is in the hands of the cruel man gives her headache and make her heart jump in fright.
'As expected of you, Mr. Zayn, you won't even bother to talk first even when a kid is in danger over here. So proud of you," he said and there was a clapping sound in the background. 'I like your men and their gaits but I love your little party of four more, so how about we see each other and talk? I love physical conversation more than the one over the phone.
'Where the fuck is the kid, ass-hat?" Zayn gritted in a pissed and serious voice that Sapphire was sure was her first time hearing it, he is usually all sunshine and rainbows, he looks more like the Don of a Mafia group now.
'Here she is." He said and sent a picture of Andrea sitting on a chair with her homework on the table to them. She didn't look bothered in the least by Oliver who was sitting in front of her and staring at her with a smile that made Sapphire's stomach turn on his face. 'All healthy and fine. Now find the place we are in. For your information, you are at the right place. Don't be late, the later you are, the smaller the possibilities of carrying a breathing girl out of here," Sebastian said, cackling out loudly and disconnected the call.
'That asshole is in some deep shit when I catch him," Alexander cursed and they looked around for clues as to the entry of the place, all the cars were stacked up against a wall and there is nothing that can lead them to some underground or something.
'Is this jerk playing games with me?" Zayn cursed when they said nothing, his men were still searching the place though, Sapphire ran her eyes over the place before her eyes lightened up in realization.
'Give me that phone, Zayn," Sapphire said and he looked at her in surprise, Alexander was still staring blankly while Nate looked so frustrated.
'Al...Right," he said and handed over the phone to her, she stared at the picture sent for a bit with a thoughtful expression. She started zooming in every part of the picture as if looking for something while they just waited for her to be done, when she finally handed the phone to Zayn, she had a small smile on her lips before marching to the left side of the cars, she moved to the edge and observed it for a bit before nodded.
She asked two men to come closer to her and move the red car to the left, they stared at her as if she had gone closer.
'What are you talking about Sapphire? There is no way you can move that car that has a lot of others stacked on top of it," Alexander told her and the rest nodded. She nodded too in agreement.
'I know that I sound crazy but can you just do it please?" Sapphire asked and they stared at her in confusion anyway before trying her suggestion anyway, but nothing happened, the car didn't shift or move a bit.
'I know that's not going to work. Where did you even get the idea of doing that in the first place?" Zayn asked, , shaking his head at Sapphire but she wasn't paying them any attention, her eyes fixed on the red car.
'I believe that I know my daughter the best," she said, still running her eyes through it. Zayn shook his head at her and went away to do some other things.
Sapphire ignored them instead and reached forward to start turning around every little thing that can't be moved around the car and she had almost lost hope when she turned the small designed metal used to form the car's logo that was in front of the card.
Out of the blue, there was a loud sound of mechanism clicking into place and the cars that looked like they had been placed over one another adjusted and divided into two parts, Alexander quickly dragged Sapphire from the corner that she was when he saw that the one side cars were moving towards the side that she was. Everyone stared at each other in surprise and confusion, looking at the cars that were moving according to the mechanism.
Turns out that the cars were arranged on top of flat metal surfaces that can move, the wall they saw when they came wasn't actually a wall and it slid open when it was in the view. They didn't have to look for them at all because Sebastian, Oliver, Sheila and their guys were standing on the other side, a surprised expression on their face when they saw them standing there, it seemed like they didn't expect them to find it but they had to admit that it was so damn difficult to find.
'I said that I like your men," Sebastian said, pointing to the men behind them. 'But I must say that, I love the four of you more, it is nice to meet you again Nate," he added.
'Not really pleased to meet you here," Nate replied sarcastically and Sapphire wondered where on earth they met but now is not the moment to worry about that, she could always ask later, her eyes was focused on Sheila who was holding Andrea in her arms, it is clear that they are going to use her as hostage against them, a man was holding a gun to Andrea's head.
'Now should we start our discussion which is more like negotiation?" Oliver said and Zayn glared at her and at the men behind Sebastian who had their guns ready, Zayn's men also had their guns ready.
If not for Andrea and Sapphire that are present they would have started shooting already, he wouldn't have to listen to all the nonsense he had to say.
The place has a lot of mini containers placed all over each other in rows, the only space empty were the entrance and where they were standing, so there is so much shield, it must be one of their warehouses. The only thing he is not sure of is if Sapphire can protect herself in the crossfire or not.
He glanced at her, she was currently standing between Alexander and him.
'Go ahead with whatever you want to do, don't worry about me. I would be alright, I had some sort of training at Gisborne, I was involved with gangster and I would get by very well, be ready to attack soon," Sapphire said focusing on Andrea who Sheila was still holding on to, it hardly look like she was saying anything and she looked very serious, Zayn had to marvel at that.
'Alexander, what small animal Sheila hates the most, it could be insects and rodents. I am going to use their senselessness against them," Sapphire said.
'She is allergic to Spiders and is so afraid of them too, she also despises them," Alexander replied and Sapphire nodded.
'What the hell are you up to now, definitely not some nonsensical shits right?" Sapphire said haughtily and Oliver scoffed at her arrogance.
'I must say that, you have changed a lot over the years Sapphire, if you had been like this some years back, I won't advise Oliver to leave you," Sebastian said and Sapphire glared at him.
'Didn't your mom teach you manners? You are supposed to keep your mouth shut when you are not being addressed," Sapphire said and Sebastian rolled his tongue in irritation, a hint of anger in his eyes.
'Were you the one who gave that little mutt the advice of planting a spy recorder in the bar, brilliant idea? Definitely! It would only work on an idiot like Oliver though," He said instead.
'So you went for another plan like kidnapping my daughter, that's another low for even you," Sapphire said.
'Shut up bitch," Sheila snapped.
'No, you should shut up and focus all your attention on chilling with that spider crawling up your leg," She said nonchalantly, before turning to look at Sebastian whose lips had formed into a scowl.
'What?" Sheila said.
'Oh my god! It is a spider!" Andrea yelled frantically and Sheila screamed before pushing Andrea away, towards the crates and Andrea immediately ran behind the crates and started running away while the fight really began with shooting and all the mayhem that comes with it, the place turned chaotic.
The bullet kept rolling and it had Sheila's scream mingling perfectly with it, Sapphire already found her way to the back couer and was rushing to her daughter.
