"thanks to you" I swear every word this guy says makes me want to jump out of my seat and attack his face with my lips but I can't do that I have to refrain myself. As I sit there watching him work on some of the problems my phone buzzes distracting him a little
"my bad, keep going" I pull my phone out of my pocket to see a text from my mom 'Kaiden get your butt home' I really didn't realize that it was almost 10 FML! "umm I have to get going"
"oh ok. you want me to drive you home?" "no um I think I could walk"
"where do you live?"
"Clinton Ave" "Kaiden that's far" "I have a bus pass"
"I'll drive you," he says and without even letting me answer he grabs my hand pulling me out of the door.
"Thanks for the drive home, " I say as we pull up to my house
"no problem, I won't be able to meet with you after school tomorrow so during lunch maybe?" "sure that's alright"
"k" he replies and I exit the car walking into my house.

"NO FUCKING WAY you did not see his bedroom!" Tyson yells as we walk towards our lockers "I really did and let me tell you it was amazing"
"how are you still alive?!"
"I don't even know myself, I really tried and kept it together"
"I'm shocked" Tyson gasps and we laugh as we pull books out of our lockers. Tyson realizes what time it was and since we didn't have the same first period he says "I'll see you later" then walks away leaving me by myself.
As I shut my locker door Isaac pops up and just like that all the butterflies in my stomach start to flutter again "hey Kaiden"
"morning" I reply back like a geek. He smiles and keeps walking.
I spent my first three periods just thinking of ways Isaac can touch me in his bed 'GAHHH THIS GUY IS GOING TO DRIVE YOU CRAZY KAIDEN'. Class finally ended and I rushed to my locker to drop off my books and grab my trig stuff that I worked on last night just for him. I reach his locker and found him leaning against it flirting with Kyle captain of the lacrosse team, I stood far far away watching as they flirted and touched each other it was soul-wrecking
"that must hurt" I could hear Tyson's voice behind me "why would it?"
"well the fact that you're in love with him should make it hurt" I hate when he states the obvious
"go away Tyson" he walks away laughing and I stand there trying to hide as I watch them. He sees me and I quickly run into the boy's bathroom pretending I was heading there.
A few seconds later Isaac walks in "hey I was waiting for you" "sorry I had to use the bathroom" I fake smile and he smiles back "ready? we can work in Mr.Colt's room" he walks out and I follow.

Only a few days left before Isaac takes his exam. these two weeks together have been amazing, at least for me they have been. He's such a cool person and he was actually interested in hearing about me, he wasn't one of those self-centered jocks he actually cared. this was our last session and Isaac didn't really need me he basically knew it all he was a fast learner. "They all seem good, only 3 wrong," I said as I look over his mock exam that I made him take
"seriously?" he asks with excitement "yeah" I reply, "I think you're ready"
"that's great" I couldn't keep from smiling because he was smiling, knowing that I was the reason he
was smiling made me smile. "well I have to get going" Isaac gets up
"oh ok" we were at my house, my parents were out so I had the place all to myself.
"will you come on Thursday, I want you there you're my good luck charm" 'HE JUST CALLED YOU HIS GOOD LUCK CHARM!!! KEEP IT TOGETHER KAIDEN!'
I take long deep breathes before I reply to keep me from passing out "uhh yeah sure I'll come" I slowly get up walking him towards the door and when we reach it he turns around, I didn't realize how close I was walking behind him until he turned around and our faces were only a few inches apart. His mouth opens but no words come out, 'say something guy' I yell to myself as we just stand there. A moment passes and he finally says "I never realized how blue your eyes are"
"thanks" I manage to reply back
"Yeah..." he moves back "I'll see you later"
"K" I reply before he leaves. that was so close I was only inches away from him I could have kissed him why didn't he kiss me?! 'oh come on Kaiden why would he kiss you, do you see the type of people he hangs around and dates you're at the bottom of the list of people he'd ever want to kiss' I was right, why would he want to be with me. I walk back into my kitchen packing everything up then heading upstairs to my room to sleep.

I stood there outside of the classroom as he took his test, yeah I had to skip my class but I don't care. The class hour was up an I stood there waiting for him to walk out, he did and had a huge smile on
his face "how was it?" I eagerly ask
"It was great" he smiles "You think you did well?"
"Pretty sure I just made that test my bitch" he replies
"That's great"
"I know" he rushes and hugs me, my heart stops beating, my mouth grew dry, and my feet levitated off of the ground. he lets go after awhile and I was still love struck still in the hug motion "I want to properly thank you for your help" he says moving closer
"You've said thank you already"
"I know but I want to show you how thankful I am" "What were you thinking?"
"A date" he smiles "A date?" 'stay calm'
"Yes, I've never actually taken a guy out on a proper date before. But I really appreciate what you did
so I want to take you out"
"Sure ok" I didn't think I could speak. I was actually going on a date with Isaac Booker, I can't wait.
